Colleen went on a 5-day Supported Holiday with Connie, and they explored the most scenic spots the Blue Mountains had to offer. From historic buildings to lush valleys , they experienced it all. They stayed in an antique 200-year-old building in Mount Victoria, the highest point in the Blue Mountains.

Colleen loves historic Victorian style buildings and she absolutely fell in love with their Airbnb.

Their day started with a hot chocolate, which Colleen loved, and then they headed to the iconic Three Sisters. As they walked to Cascade Falls, they couldn't resist doing a mini photoshoot to capture the breath-taking views. At the top of the hill, they reached the Duke and Duchess of the York lookout and soaked in the incredible views of the valley.

Colleen pushed herself to walk 6 km that day, and she was truly impressive!

They headed to Wentworth Falls the next day, where they descended 400 steps. Feeling triumphant, Colleen and Connie called themselves the "THC explorers!" and made their way back up to the top feeling energised. They also visited Mount Victoria Station, a heritage listed train station dating back to 1868.

The market was filled with beauty and inspiration, and they couldn't help but appreciate the talent of the artists. In the Megalong Valley, Colleen and Connie discovered majestic views of the Hydro Majestic lodge, that was built in 1904.

Colleen was fascinated by the history and stories behind each location they visited.

Colleen's holiday wasn't just about sightseeing, she also helped Connie with meal preparations by creating a shopping list when they went grocery shopping. Colleen also wrote a story about their holiday to share with her family on the last day of their trip.

Colleen's trip to the Blue Mountains was an unforgettable experience, filled with adventure, beauty, and history.
Colleen discovered new places that she had never visited before!
